Drum has debris, hay, straw or horse hair caught between the drum halves.

Clean out any debris that might be wrapped in the center between the drum halves.

Center axle dowel pin is rusted.

Spray lubricant in between the drum halves.
|
|
Remove drum assembly, separate drum halves and grease center axle dowel pin.
|

Replace axle.

Material discharging without the drum rotating
|
Gap between the drum and relief panel is too big.
|
Loosen drum assembly and move closer to the relief panel. Ideal gap should be between 1/8” to 1/4”.
