Return Policy
All orders are offered a 30 day return policy and some items may require a restocking fee. The return window begins upon receipt of your item(s). The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping and will not have their original shipping refunded. Refunds will be applied upon receipt and inspection of all item(s). Please read the information below for full return policy details by product type:
IMPORTANT: All returns must be approved before returning.
Replacement parts and accessories:
- Items must be brand new and unused.
- Items that have been used cannot be returned.
- Cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
Spreaders:
- Spreaders returned in brand new and unassembled condition will not be charged a restocking fee.
- Spreaders that have been assembled will be charged a 20% restocking fee. (The restocking fee will be subtracted from the original purchase price of the item being returned.)
- Cost of return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer.
- Spreaders that have been approved for return and were assembled and/or used must be disassembled and parts clean of any manure or bedding. Manure is classified as hazardous waste and not allowed to be shipped by primary carriers.
